She worked as District Cooperative Training Officer for 6years, Divisional Cooperative Officer for 4years, Deputy District Cooperative Offer for 1year, and District Cooperative Credit Coordinator in Kajiado District, Kiambu District, Thika District, Maragwa District

Rev. John Mwangi Muchiri Director and Chairperson of Finance Committee since November, 2016. He is serving his second term and a term is 3 years. He holds a Bachelor of Divinity, Diploma and higher diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery specializing in Orthopaedics and Traumatology.  He did a Short course in Project and Property management- Corat Africa. He Worked with Civil service for six years as a Clinical Officer in different Hospitals. He has been a CEO, Markpoint Communication Limited, a Safaricom Dealership and Mpesa Agent company. He is a Director Emali Nursing Home, Attached Priest, ACK Machakos Diocese, working at the Cathedral and Diocesan Development Cordinator, ACK Machakos Diocese.

Lay Canon Col.(Rtd) Francis Ngui Director and Chairperson of  Staff and Programs Committee since November, 2016. He is serving his second term and a term is 3 years. He holds diploma in Diplomacy and International relations. In 1974 joined Kenya Air force (KAF) as a Pilot Cadet. He was commissioned as an Officer in the Kenya Armed Forces after qualifying as a pilot in 1975. He worked for two years as captain in Kenya High Commission London. In 1995 he attended a one year course in Administration and Management and in 1997 he was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel (Lt Col) and appointed commanding Officer of one of the Air Force units where he was commanding about 200 people. He also worked with the United Nations (UN) in Ethiopia/Eritrea as an observer for 1 year. In 2003 He was appointed Senior Officer in charge of Logistics Support at the Kenya Air Force Headquarters dealing in finance, budgeting and strategic planning. He retired from Armed Forced in the year 2007 and currently serving as the chairperson and founder

Vicar General, Abednego Mwikya Director since November, 2016. He is serving his second term and a term is 3 years He holds certificate in Theology, Church Administration and Property Management. He has experience in administration and pastoral care. He previously headed several departments at the two Dioceses i.e ACK Diocese Makueni and ACK Diocese of Machakos. He has proven leadership in Church project management skills and passion for services excellent. Currently he is serving a s the Vicar in-charge Kibwezi Parish, Vicar General ACK Diocese of Makueni and the Director at St. Johns Makindu Academy.

Ven. Joshua Wambua Director since September 2020 He is serving his first term and holds a degree in Christian Education Ministries (BACEM) and Diploma in Theology. He worked as water entrepreneur for 2years, Church caretaker for 3 years, Matatu driver for 2years, Parish driver for 5 years and research assistant for 1 year. He also served as Vicar General, Archdeacon, Rural Dean, Priest, Curate, Deacon and Evangelist 9years, currently he is the Archdeacon in Wajir Archdeaconry and Vicar General in Garissa Diocese.

Lay Canon Milton Ominde Director since September, 2020 He is serving his first term and holds a Diploma (Farm Management, Certificate in General Agriculture and Certificate in Environmental Impact assessment and Audit. He was Employed by Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development from 1985 to 2012. In 2013 he seconded to   County Government of Garissa up to 2020 when he retired from the civil service

Mr. Ibrahim Kitoo   Director since September 2020 He is serving his first term and is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya of more than twelve (12) years hands-on legal corporate experience spanning insurance, oil and energy, tax, banking, energy, public private partnerships, public procurement, projects origination, development, structuring and management, labour law and practice, corporate governance, arbitration and disputes resolution. Chief Legal Officer, Projects & Disputes Resolution with the Kenya Electricity Generating Company PLC Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M) specializing in public finance and financial services law and Bachelor’s Degree (LL.B) in Law all from the University of Nairobi; Strategic Leadership Development Programme (SLDP) at the Kenya School of Government; and currently pursuing The Oxford Leading Strategic Projects Programme at the Oxford University, Said Business School. Training and experience in corporate governance; strategic leadership and management; pensions schemes trusteeship, governance and administration; projects development, projects financing and projects governance/management; legal and regulatory compliance; public procurement law and practice, public private partnerships (Australia Public Private Infrastructure Short Course Awards – Universities of Queensland & Pretoria); private equity and venture capital; arbitration and disputes resolution, among others. Member of the Law Society of Kenya; East Africa Law Society; Chartered Institute of Arbitrators; Institute of Directors; Kenya Institute of Management and Centre for Corporate Governance. Commissioner for Oaths; Notary Public; Certified Public Private Partnerships (CP3P – APMG); and also Projects Management Professional (PMP) Practitioner. Currently serving as an Audit Committee Member of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry; Member of the Audit Committee at the Office of the Attorney General & Department of Justice; Member of the Audit & Risk Committee of the Law Society of Kenya; and Member of the Professional Business Development Committee of the Association of Professional Societies of East Africa.

Mr. Joseph Nduto Director since September 2020 He is serving his first term and Holds a Degree in Business Administration Finance Option and Diploma in Co-operative Audit. Worked for Ministry of Cooperative Development and Marketing gained 30 years’ experience in Auditing for Cooperatives, charging and collecting Audit fees, inspecting co-operative societies and advising on matters involving co-operatives management, investment, budgeting and overall financial management in cooperatives. Currently serving as County Director of Co-operative Development in Machakos County

Ms. Pauline Kieleko Director since September 2020 She is serving her first term and holds a MBA-Finance and Bachelor of Commerce Accounting Option. Worked for General Motors East Africa Ltd for 4years as an Accountant, Senior Management Accountant, Assistant Credit Controller and General Motors East Africa Ltd. Currently she is the head  of Business Assurance at  Safaricom PLC.
